When We Were Young Festival has announced over 50 bands for their 2023 edition, including Blink-182, Green Day, and many more!
With this year’s installment of the When We Were Young Festival set to take place this weekend, and next weekend, the event’s organizers are already looking toward next year. They just announced a fantastic 2023 lineup with over 50 bands, with Blink-182 featuring original guitarist Tom Delonge, tabbed as the headliner.
On October 11, Blink-182 officially announced the return of DeLonge, who left the group in 2015 and had not been featured on a Blink album or EP since 2012, Dogs Eating Dogs EP. Their new record, ‘Edging,’ was released on Friday, October 14, and includes their nostalgic sound. When We Were Young Festival is one of the dozen shows on the books amid a 2023 and 2024 world tour.
There are other surprising reunions next year, with Something Corporate, Say Anything, and Finch all returning to kick ass at this pop-punk extravaganza at the Las Vegas Festival Grounds on October 21, 2023. Other high-profile artists include Green Day, Sum 41, Good Charlotte, Simple Plan, Rise Against, New Found Glory, and many more!
