Slam Dunk Festival has announced the first six bands for the 2018 edition of the festival. Appearing at the festival for the very first time will be Jimmy Eat World, who will be joined each day by Taking Back Sunday, Four Year Strong, Sleeping With Sirens, State Champs and Trash Boat.
This first announcement is huge and has caused quite the stir on social media, with many music fans planning to attend all three dates of the festival. Many more acts will be announced over the next six months across eight stages, but the six already announced are UK festival exclusives for 2018.
Slam Dunk Festival takes place on May Bank Holiday Weekend next year in three locations:
Saturday 26 May – Leeds City Centre
Sunday 27 May – Hatfield Park
Monday 28 May – Birmingham NEC
