Everyone’s favourite fun-in-the-mud adventure has confirmed the dates for the 2019 edition of the festival. 2018 will be a “fallow year”, which Glastonbury schedules every now and then to allow the fields in which it takes place to recover.
Glastonbury 2019 will fall on June 26-30, and festival co-ordinator Emily Eavis explained that they have radical changes planned going forward that they will be working on in their year off. Her father, founder Michael Eavis, said earlier this year that he already regrets making plans to take the year off and would change his mind if a particular band reformed for it.
He added that it wasn’t One Direction… Oasis, perhaps?
